All initial consultations during the Coronavirus pandemic are to be by telephone. In some situations rather than a face to face appointment the GP may suggest video calling using the ‘Attend Anywhere’ platform.
Where appropriate, you can attend your consultation online via a video call. Video calling is as convenient as a phone call, with the added value of face-to-face communication. It can save you time and money, and brings your care closer to home.

Please ONLY attempt an attend anywhere video call IF you have spoken to the GP and been asked to video call. This is a new system to us and we will only be logged on if we have agreed a call.
