Please telephone the surgery if you wish to speak to or see a GP.
You will be asked if your appointment can be dealt with over the phone or if you need a face to face appointment.
If you wish a telephone appointment a time to call back and speak to the GP will be arranged.
If you wish to come in and see the GP face to face an appointment will be given. The receptionist will check you have no symptoms of COVID 19, everyone should have their own face mask now, please bring this with you and put it on before entering the building.
Once inside the porch please sanitise your hands before ringing the doorbell.
You may be shown to the waiting room or asked to remain in the porch depending on how busy the waiting room is.
If there are other people about please remember to respect social distancing guidelines.
Once in the waiting area please select a chair and sit on it avoiding touching other areas (each chair is wiped down between patients)
